TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

The Tampa Cup over Labor Day weekend will be the MUST ATTEND event this summer/fall for competitive youth soccer teams across North America!

QUALIFIER:  Group winners from each age will receive a FREE entry into the Thanksgiving Desert Super Cup in Arizona – check out DesertSuperCup.com

2022 TAMPA CUP will attract  teams Worldwide:
Allow the Tampa Cup to become a staple event for competitive teams Worldwide. Over the last 8 years, our series of events have been known to attract only the best teams traveling in from over 20 States and Canadian provinces.

ELIGIBILITY:
All US Soccer Members – US CLUB, USYS, AYSO  & International FIFA Members encouraged to play at this must-attend destination event. This is a US Club Sanctioned Tournament.

AGE DIVISIONS:
U9, U10, U11, U12, U13, U14, U15, U16, U17, U18/19

COMPETITION LEVEL:
Groups comprised of Diamond, Premier, Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze

CHAMPIONSHIP ROUND:
Three games are guaranteed and this year and we are introducing a Championship Round with Awards on Monday, to all 1st and 2nd place teams.

Final Entry Fees – Deadline August 12th:

U15-U19 | $1050| 11v11

U13-U14 | $850 | 11v11

U11-U12 | $695 | 9v9

U9-U10 | $550 | 7v7


WHEN: September 3-5, 2022

Competition will begin 9am Saturday September 3rd and the tournament concludes with Championships on Monday, September 5th with last championship game ending 4:00 pm.

Given the number out of state teams, there are no guarantees to accommodate schedules requests.

Credit Card Payment can be made through gotsoccer, once accepted – credit card option will be setup in your account. ***Entry fee to be sent within 2 weeks of submitting the team application. Refunds will be made to all teams not accepted.

Note: Teams who are accepted and withdraw from event do not receive a refund.

If the tournament is canceled due to weather or Acts of God, your team entry fee will be transferred to any future upcoming 2022 events.

Acceptance notifications will be e-mailed shortly after the deadline. Early acceptance may be granted for teams traveling, with the decision made within two (2) weeks after receiving the application provided the application and payments received before the deadline.

Applications will be accepted from teams affiliated with USYSA, US Club Soccer, Canadian Soccer Association and FIFA affiliated youth soccer associations outside of the United States.

THIS IS A STAY AND PLAY EVENT FOR TRAVEL TEAMS. All travel teams booking hotel rooms must use the selected hotels provided by Rated Travel – all teams must follow the stay and play policy. Any travel team not complying with the service will NOT be permitted to participate in the tournament and a refund will not be issued. Once accepted and team entry paid, you will be given access to book hotels.

Any teams registering after the deadline will be placed on an active waiting list depending on availability based on the size of the divisions and flights.
